Shipping & Delivery
Main Desire aims to deliver Australia wide with goods dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery time frame will vary according to the delivery location and availability for signature.
All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
In the event of an item being out of stock you will be directly contacted by us.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVEREY COST?
We offer free shipping with a $50 minimum spend otherwise it is a flat rate of $12.95 for all items (excluding furniture and gift cards), which comes with registered post and a signature is required on delivery. Furniture is pick up only from our store in Mornington at this current time.
International orders cannot be processed at this time.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, your order can be tracked. On the day your order is despatched we will send you an email which will include a tracking number so you can follow your order through to delivery.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
For all deliveries, you should receive your order within 3 -5 working days.
If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company (Australia Post), using the tracking number supplied to you.
Please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office for pick up.
Please note that during busy sale periods, (such as Christmas & Easter when freight companies are on overload) you may experience a delay in receiving your order, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHO DO I CONTACT?

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVEN’T RECIEVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Once you submit payment, you will receive an email to confirm your order. If you don’t receive this, be sure to check your junk or spam folder.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN DISPATCHED YET?
We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you have placed a Click & Collect order, you will also receive an email from us. Please wait for this email before heading in to store.

HOW CAN I CLICK AND COLLECT FROM IN STORE?
Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to place an order online, and then collect your order at our store in Mornington.
At the checkout, you can select this option by pressing on the pickup in store option.
Please wait until you get the confirmation email to come in store to collect your order. The confirmation email will advise you on instructions for picking up the product.
Please bring your receipt and/or confirmation email when collecting your order in store.
