Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your order. It's OK to change your mind.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We happily offer exchange or credit note for return of items that you are not entirely satisfied with. This does not apply to specials or discounted items. The credit note is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Returns requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. Proof of purchase must be provided. We encourage all customers to choose wisely when purchasing as you will not be refunded the postage costs on a change of mind.

Items of jewellery and underwear are excluded from this policy. CDs will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened.

The goods will need to be returned in a saleable condition, completely unused, tags still attached and any original packaging. We reserve the right to reject your return if it has an odour of perfume/deodorant or makeup/tanning marks etc.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS I’VE PURCHASED ONLINE?

If, for any reason, what you’ve purchased is not suitable we are happy to offer you a credit note or an exchange.

To return your item:

  • Email us at store@maindesire.com.au explaining why you are returning the item.
  • We will provide a Returns Authorisation (RA) approving your return
  • The RA number must be clearly documented inside the returned package.
  • Returns without an RA number and proof of purchase will not be accepted.

Please note for a change of mind, we will not pay for the postage.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

We do not offer refunds on a change of mind. We are happy to exchange the item if size is incorrect or issue a credit note.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

If you receive an item that has a manufacturer fault on the garment or product, we will refund you the cost of the product. We will incur all shipping costs if the item is deemed to be fault. We will not cover shipping costs for items which are broken or damaged due to mistreatment or harsh wear.

To receive a refund:

  • Email us at store@maindesire.com.au explaining how the product is faulty.
  • We will provide a Returns Authorisation (RA) approving your return

CAN I RETURN A GIFT VOUCHER?

No, unfortunately you cannot get an exchange or refund for a gift voucher.
